THE LEAD IN CALIBRATION

We provide full calibration services for all equipment that used in oil and gas industry. The tools and equipment we use are carefully
selected from the highest quality trademarks and they’re fully traceable. Calibration serve according to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) instruction.

OUR SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES

Mechanical Calibration

he mechanical calibration service intends to calibrate pressuremeasuring devices such as: • pressure switches • pressure gauges and
transmitters • Pressure safety valves • Emergency shut down and control
valves

Temperature Calibration

Temperature calibration service is a service aiming to calibrate temperature-measuring devices such as:
• Thermocouples, • Resistance temperature detectors,
• Thermistors • Bimetal thermometers, • Thermal
cameras and infrared meters. This calibration process is carried out in a controlled atmosphere.

Humidity Calibration

Calibration includes humidity recorders, humidity probes, humidity sensors, and thermohygrograph. During humidity calibration, parameters such as relative humidity and vapor pressure are measured. It is performed in a controlled setting, similar to the temperature calibration service.

Flow Calibration

The flow calibration service seeks to calibrate volumetric and mass flow meters and flow controllers in gas and liquid distribution systems. Flow calibration is required regularly because it regulates the flow of fluids through process equipment and pipelines, which directly impacts quality and safety.

Electrical Calibration

Electrical calibration calibrates instruments that measure electrical properties like voltage, resistance, current, inductance, and capacitance.
Thiscalibration service catersto oscilloscopes, multimeters, data loggers,
and clamp meters.

Dimensional Calibration

Dimensional calibration is used to calibrate equipment that measures
dimensional features, including length, volume, flatness, and angle.
Micrometers, calipers, height gauges are catered in this calibration service.

Force Calibration

Force calibration is used to calibrate measuring devices that measure
force-related characteristics such as weight, torque, and tensile and
compressive forces. It involvescomparing the measured applied forcesto
the device undertestto a calibration standard

Torque Calibration

Routine Torque Calibration ensures repeatable accuracy from instruments used to apply torque during production processes. The test equipment used to perform torque calibration compares the amount of
torque produced by the instrument to the allowable tolerance to
determine if any adjustments are needed.

Mass Calibration

Performing mass calibrations on precision weighing instruments such as scales, balances, mass comparators and weights is critical to ensuring
accurate results. We offer masscalibration services on scales, balances, masscomparators, and weights from working to ultra-class (up to 10 kg). We can calibrate
ASTM Class1 weights up to 30 kilograms. Our advanced capabilities allow us to calibrate balances 0 to 70 kg, comparators 0 to 10 kg and scales 0 to 1,000 lbs
